Some people are celebrity lookalikes. John Buttram is a celebrity
soundalike, and it's all in the family. John grew up in Alabama
with a grandfather who was a Methodist preacher, a father who was
in radio, and an uncle, Pat, in entertainment.
Talking comes naturally to the Buttrams and John continues humor
in the style and voice of his uncle Pat Buttram, a voice made popular
as radio, movie, and television sidekick of Gene Autry and as Mr.
Haney on 'Green Acres' " John has emceed at the Gene Autry
Oklahoma Festival and the Patsy Montana Festival, the Cedar, Kansas,
Festival, and the Gene Autry Festival in Kenton, Ohio. Visiting
and joking with folks who share a love of western and CowBoy ways
is right down John's Trail.
