Robyn Schuppan, Cowboy Poet - Historian

Robyn Schuppan grew up on a farm in Goshen County, Wyoming where she and her siblings were active in rodeo at the high school, college, and amateur levels. Robyn joined the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association in 1985 as a contract timer and has traveled the Western United States timing for different rodeo stock contractors. She is a past member of the Miss Rodeo America Organization where she served on the Horsemanship Committee. Robyn held the position of Secretary to the Mountain States Circuit from 1989 to 1996 and helped produce the Mountain States Circuit Finals when they were held in Cheyenne from 1982 to 1997.
When she takes time from her busy employment with the State of Wyoming, she and her husband raise bucking bulls and help prospective bull riders hone their craft at weekly practice sessions at their back yard arena in Cheyenne. Robyn feels that her life presents her with many topics for which to put her pen.
