Night Descends
A lavender rider
with jeweled black cape
hazes the sun
over the rim
of the western sky.

Icy Cold
The forlorn moan
of an Arctic Devil
rolls over the land
painting the Sage
with powdered ice.

A Cat's Eye Beckons
A lone window
set with peg
in hand hewed wall
cleaves the dark
with amber light.

Comes a Stallion
Bridled fury
bearing a Villain
to a rendezvous
on a winter's night.

Beware Inside
The best damn gamer
that ever jumped Checkers
in the High Desert Country
has, just arrived.
